1. Where am i locate? Can i go to pick up by myself?

We are Locate in Ghim Moh. You can come to pick up by yourself and it will save you money of transport or postage cost.

3.Do you accept credit card? What method you accept payment?

We accept only PAYPAL this time , but if buyer not have a paypal account we accept cash upon meet up

4.How do i know the size of each item?

We will sent out the size of the items when request.

5.Will you combine shipping? does it all the same rate in your store?

Absolutely Yes, we do combine shipping. if you have any question please contact us and ask before bid.

6.What company you use for ship the item? Local Post office?

We use local post office, It's more reliable and cost saving in Singapore

7.If i want item urgent, can i do express instead of regular Airmail? and how much does it cost.

Yes you can contact us and ask about that, price are rate case by case.

8.How do i know where is my item? I still not get it. Do you have trackigng number?

Tracking number will provide when requests from Buyer( Buyer pay for the service).

9.In case of mail lost or missing during shipping, what do i need to do, and how you solve this problem?

Try to request for tracking number when posting oversea, both parties are well covered.

10.How long should i wait for my packge before contact you to let you know i still not get it?

You can ask us anytime but i sugest to contact us after 20 days more.

11. How do i know your new listing item and promotion.

13.My item is missing or defected what should i do?

First, please contact us to let me know about that if it's over the timeline i gave above i will reship the new one to you, but please check you address that is correct too.

If Any items are missing or miscounted or defected, please contact us for more information about returning items to us. Return items accept within 1 weeks after buyer receive all items and buyer must pay for all postage for return shipping. After we got returned item we will ship replacement items immediately or refund will be made instead. Please notice that all items must be in their original condition when return.
